What To Look Forward To
With informative commentary from Captain Phil, you will be able to observe San Diego’s marine wildlife in its natural habitat without the congestion of large-group tour boats. Each year, more than 20,000 gray whales make a 10,000-mile round-trip journey from Alaska to the lagoons of Baja California, where the females give birth to their calves. After spending time in warm Baja California waters so their young can grow strong, they make the journey north again in spring. The longest known distance any mammal migrates on an annual basis, it is truly an extraordinary spectacle to observe. With 70 miles of coastline directly in the migration path, San Diego is an ideal destination to see this impressive parade of gentle giants while aboard a majestic sailboat making this an unforgettable experience!
Take Our Guests’ Word For It
My boyfriend and I had such an amazing time on this sail!! Captain Phillip is hilarious, his boat is beautiful, and the other couples we were with fun to talk to – we had such a great time chatting and laughing, even went out for drinks with one of the couples afterwards!
The Captain was friendly, entertaining, and hard-working. The weather was perfect, and the boat sailed like a dream. This was a beautiful boat…
